Bluetooth music won't work keeps glitching
2015 is non ml. Bluetooth Audi hasn't worked in 2 days. Removed my phone and deleted from car several times. Car won't display title on screen and keeps saying "connected" then "not connected".
Held the radio power button for that soft reset and still nothing. Only works when USB cord connected. Hate my dealer- anything else I can do to remedy?

What type of phone is it? I'm guessing it's an Android phone.

When I first got my IS I also had trouble connecting my phone.
I don't know if this will help but I noticed that my phone (Samsung Galaxy S7) connects faster & without problems when I turn on the phone's bluetooth before getting in the car.

By any chance, are you connecting the phone to the USB port to charge it WHILE using Bluetooth? If that's the case, the car is constantly trying to decide which source to use and switching between them.
