Usually only when I start up the car for the first minute or so, but sometimes when I'm driving I'll get a nasty smell from the vents. (Like BO/ mold) I've tried every trick on YouTube and on forums still nothing. I've seen it could be the evaporator? Is there a service bulletin out for this issue so I can have my Lexus dealer do some work for free? Lol
If anyone else has this issue, what have you done to fix it?

The smell is mildew in your AC system. AC mildew is not a warranty issue and there is no service bulletin for it. Mildew can occur in the AC of any car in humid enough environmental conditions, which we all pretty much live in. Not specific to Lexus cars only. This happens in all my cars I've ever owned at least once per year. I live in So. Florida. There are at least a dozen other threads in this forum on this matter. Do a search and you can read lots more about it. I, as well as others, have posted solutions to how we dealt with the issue. The smell will go away on its own eventually but you can treat it very easily in your driveway and make the smell go away.
