Driver's door speaker blown already??
 

I've had my 2015 IS 250 for a little over a month now, noticing that the drivers door speaker is getting a lot of a vibration noise when the stereo is turned up even a little bit. I'm curious if other people have this issue? Is it likely that the speaker is already blown and needs to be replaced? Or is this just something that happens due to the vibration in the door and the door switches? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

I had my driver door speaker crackle but only on lower volume. Replaced under warranty. 2015 IS350 Fsport.

Not sure if a blown speaker is covered under warranty but I'm going to assume it's not.
