Sorry for the bad pictures, I just stuck 2 fingers between the wheel and the body then compared both sides. Right side feels tight, while the left fits easily. I ve had 3 passengers and noticed nothing strange.

You said that they didn't say to get an alignment yet your invoice says "ADVISED TO DO 4 WHEEL ALIGNMENT". I've always had a good experience with Ken Shaw, so sounds like you may have misheard/misinterpreted what they said.

Man the picture speaks out for you, ok to my eyes they are the same nothing is wrong even though your fingers measurement fell different, both sides looked fine, now i can guaranty you "No bent frame or suspension damaged" you can save your breath on that now, like ISFPOWER said, some car came out from Factory just like that, it might be 99% when it fresh out from factory but when you drive the car for awhile it's not gonna be 99 or 100% anymore.

When i replace TRD Billstein strut with Tokico Japan, the RIGHT REAR is higher than the LEFT REAR approximately 0.8% by doing the finger, Lexus uses Tokico Shock/Strut for their car lol, hope this explain you can relax bro, Happy St Patrick day !

pay a good alignment shop that does race cars and such. let them measure from side to side. toe and camber doesn't tell all. control arms are made to bend and take all of the hit and are easier to replace then subframes. its not normal at all to be lower one side than the other when they were even to begin with. if you hit it hard enough to pop the tire, I'm positive something is out of whack.
