Okay we got the screen replaced under the TSB! Thank you guys for the tip!

Only other thing we did was tint the windows. Hope to start working on other projects this week! Have some pretty cool things in mind...

Depends on your relationship with the dealer and how they are with warranty claims.
The TSB is really for the screen delaminating, but if you're in good with the dealer, they may push it through on a warranty claim.
I'm still amazed as to how the screens get scratched as they are not touch screens...and they are supposed to be too far away to reach by hand...so i'm left with the impression that people are just throwing stuff on top of the dash, using that space like storage.

I would try some of the larger dealerships for the best chance of success...like Don Valley North Lexus or Lexus Downtown.
