2017 IS 300 F Sport - Lease Ball park?
Thinking about getting a 17' 300 f sport.
around how much a month should I be looking at? I'm putting about $3k out of pocket. Credit above 730. The sticker price is $48,203.
I was quoted $450 a month for 36 months. 7,500 miles a year (I don't drive much, my current car has 10.5k miles in 2.5 years)
What do you guys think? I'll be going to the dealer today.

Pole Position
450 does seems like a lot, especially since I was able to get my 2016 350 for 350 with 2500 down. Although I only have 7500 miles a year and I did get the car march of last year.

so you guys still think that is a bit high? i quoted various dealers and they were around the $500s. i mean it is a $48K car. I also looked into the 350 but the insurance on that one was a lot more expensive for some reason.

go to Smithtown Lexus and ask for Tim Burns and Renee. I picked up a 16 300 f sport from them. At first they weren't the most aggressive deal on the island but when I got my best number from Rallye they actually beat it by 300 bucks. I sell cars so it was a mostly straightforward legit Deal. Tell them Tom w from PJ Jeep sent you. If your still in the market that is...

So apparently my credit is not as good as I initially thought and they put me in Tier 2.
$496 a month. With $3000 down.
Mighy have to walk away from this one.
Called other dealers and they can't seem to do better than this one given my credit history.

What dealer is this?
anything beyond tier 2 is a significant increase on a lease. Mine went up 6 dollars because I wasnt Tier 1+ just tier one. That was a blessing. My advice to you is tone ask for your deposit back. If they immediately accept the refund they are probably telling the truth and the tier decrease has a high money factor (interest on lease) if not they will give up what ever pack of profit they have left in there to roll the car. If they offer the refund back tell them you need some time to think about it. They may call within 24 hours with a better offer. Usually the refund tactic works if you do it right.. I do this everyday but I'm on the other end of the table. 75% chance you'll get 1 of 2 of the two outcomes. A 48k car generally isn't low 400's to lease. Lexus just has some great residuals. Mines under 400 with 1400 down! 47k tho.. 10k
good luck!

Yea I may try that and see how it goes. This is the Rockville Lexus in Long Island.
But with that price it just seems like theyre not even knocking off anything from the MSRP. The residual value is around 60%. I'm assuming they are inflating the money factor to make a profit.
