Doesn't sound like their inflating it if other dealers can't beat it. The money factor is higher on lower tier approvals (your credit). Do what I toldo you if your serious about getting that one. Or call Smithtown.

Yea I may try that and see how it goes. This is the Rockville Lexus in Long Island.
But with that price it just seems like theyre not even knocking off anything from the MSRP. The residual value is around 60%. I'm assuming they are inflating the money factor to make a profit.

Im from Long Island as well. I use Rockville Centre for service but i purchased from Atlantic City Lexus. They seemed to have a better price than anyone in the area and were just straight forward and upfront with me. i was in the dealer for 30 minutes total and picked up the vehicle. i got a 2016 in september of 2016 for 389/month with 2k down 10k mile lease. I would assume the 17's would be a bit more since there is a redesign. if your looking for a good deal i would either go with a left over 16 or wait till the end of the year or until theres an event going on (memorial day, labor day, christmas).

I'm leasing a 16 IS300 not f sport but for 260$ a month with 5k down 10k miles a year and a 30 month term. I went to lexus of freehold in NJ. Then I added the excessive wear and tear so I pay 302.12$ a month.
