Is it also recommended that the rotors are changed along with the pads? If so, what rotors should I go with?
I dont think y ou have to change the Rotors to go with the Akebono pads.
Yea I also need the correct part numbers of the Akebono pads for my 2016 IS 200T F-Sport as well.

If price isn't a concern you can go with Endless brake pads. I have them installed on my 2014 IS350 F-Sport. Part number is SSM SET 439 and 495 for both the front and rear set.

I got them locally from a shop in Canada that ordered them overseas. If you're located in the states, your best bet will be to go through Endless USA. They don't have the set listed on their website but you can contact them to bring it in for you. Once again I can confirm that SSM SET 439 - 495 works on a 2014 IS350 FSport AWD.

Endless pads better than Akebono pads and give less dust?

Akebono was the pad of choice in the BMW community when we wanted to steer clear of dirty wheels. My BBS LM's would look clean even after months of not washing the wheels. They are that good, i will upgrade when my oem pads are worn out, not before. Can't afford to squander my money...

have no experience with Endless; however, that price alone kills all interest for me...

I went to Endless USA website and they show EP439 for the front and EP422 for the rear, not EP495.

I just got the Akebono ACT1118 pads installed on my front brakes and I could tell that it has way more stopping power than the OEM pads. The Akebono pads also have very little dust, and they are the most popular pads on the forum.

Yeah I probably would go with the ones listed on the PDF. I ordered them last year from japan so the part numbers are probably a bit different.

Akebono ACT1118 is the part# for IS200T. I just ordered from Amazon and will install it myself.
Dealer will charge at least $150 for an installation.
If you're comfortable with a wrench, it's not that hard. Maybe an hour to install.
If not, take it to an independent shop and expect around $100 for labor.

The install is super easy. Remove wheels, remove one pin on back of caliper, pop the pads out, new ones in. Done.
