Default Seat Belt Holder

Was cleaning my rear seats today and found that one of the seatbelts (left) wasn't in it's holder. Anyone has any idea how to put it back? I'm referring to the rear seats where there is one holder on each side of the seat shoulders whereby the seat belt runs through it. Tried popping it up, but it was real tight and found nothing on youtube to get it done. Anyone knows how to get it back into it's holder? Thanks.

I'm sure there's a right way to unclip it so you don't cause damage, and unless others can advise as to how, so as not to mar anything, next time you're close to a Lexus dealer, ask them to re-position the seat belt properly in its holder, and maybe have them show you how to operate that clip.
