Hello, the plastic cover the fin is cracked off, the metal underneath is bent, and there is a crease across the right side of the roof horizontal with the rear window, and paint is scuffed. What do you think my best course of action would be to repair this?

Body shop. I'd claim that on insurance.

**** happens. I had a battery drop off a overhead shelf onto my door. Just claimed insurance and since it wasn't a collision, my rates didn't rise.

Look here, Broseph, if you can't laugh at things like this in life, wait till you see what else life has planned for you. There are much worse things to get all worked up over. Call you insurance and get it fixed. Yes your rates will go up. Be more careful next time.

Chill, Mrg02d was trying to crack a joke. If you didn't get it, that's fine. We all know something unfortunate happened to you and your car, but please don't be mad at others . You did not post any pic so we couldn't know how badly it was, right? I would suggest check with your insurance agent first to find out if your policy cover stuff like this. If you afraid the rate will go up and certainly you do not want that, then either leave it like that (surely you won't) or use pocket money to pay for the repair
