Default Should I get a GS350?

I currently have a 2014 is250 w/ f sport, luxury pkg, navigation & blind spot assist. It has all the features I want Except I hate that it has so much mileage (bought it used at 39k miles). I got into an accident back in February so the car's value has gone down, making me quite negative on my loan... I was looking around and did some researching & figured that I can get a used 2013-2014 GS350 with like 20k-30k miles and probably have the same monthly payment. Also, my is250 has 63,000 miles already so it is out of warranty FYI & I am not car savvy at all. I am clueless.

So it is even worth it to trade for the GS350 with lower mileage, still under warranty & no previous accident OR just keep my is250?

Yeah , I think I am one of those people who is better of with leasing their cars LOL

it's generally not financially prudent to roll negative equity into a new loan, particularly if there is nothing wrong with your current car.

If you are upside down in your loan I'd say keep your current car until you can pay it down. If you are the type of person that wants to trade often you might put yourself into a bad financial situation.

I think you should go for it, if it does not hurt you financially. The GS is more luxurious and a GS350 is also faster.
