2015 Lexus IS 350 AWD F SPORT - HOW TO GET OUT OR TRANSFER MY LEASE?
I recently got assigned a company vehicle so I'm looking to exit the lease on my 2015 IS350 F Sport AWD. I've had the car since June 2015 and it has been a thrill to drive. With a company vehicle, I no longer have a need for a second vehicle.
I'm aware of sites like Leasetrader and Swapalease. However, I was wondering if anyone has had luck using one of those sites successfully for a lease transfer.
Here are the specs:
2015 IS 350 F SPORT AWD
8,291 miles
Nebula Gray exterior
Rioja red interior
F Sport Package
All Wheel Drive
Pre-Collision System w/ Dynamic Radar Cruise Control
Blind Spot w/ Rear Cross Traffic Alert
Navigation
Preferred Accessory Package
Monthly payments are $552 per month.
Lease term is 36 months. I have 30 remaining months
Mileage allowance is 15,000 miles a year.
Complimentary 10,000 mile service through Lexus
Vehicle is in pristine condition. Willing to work a reasonable incentive for a qualified lease transfer.
I'd appreciate any feedback or insight.
Thanks!

Try craigslist that is where most people look to buy and take over leases. It's my experience that people who use swaplease have paid way too much for their leases and are desperate to get out of them. You will see if you do a quick search. I've taken leases before and all from Craigslist and got great deals.

I am in a remarkably similar situation, and have my is350 on craigslist right now... Hoping someone will want to either pay to own it outright or take over payments, so I listed both options in my ad. swapalease seems like a decent way to go, but the guy I talked to who works there said it usually takes 60-90 days for them to "find a buyer" for you...
I'm hoping craigslist works out quicker than that, lol.
Lexus Financial seems good to work with based on the phone conversations I had with them. If you find a buyer yourself its only ~$200 fee to Lexus Financial to swap the lease to a new person. Good luck!

I was checking out the Craigslist lease swap and the one with the best deal went so fast. Those with higher payment are stuck due to December to remember event. You can get a 2015 in the 400s while everyone who's stuck are in the 500s. But good luck.
