Noise from vents/temp
 

Do you guys hear a noise when you raise the temperature?

What kind of noise? Does it sound like a computer hard drive spinning?

I have heard this computer hard drive spinning sound a couple of times but it went away, what is that sound?! I took the cd out of the cd player and haven't heard it since, thought it was coming from there.

It is the fan ) When You raise the temp, it spins faster and produces some hard-drive-style noise. My Jetta had the same issue, but it started after 90000 km. My Lexus has been making some noise since the dealer's showroom.

I wonder if that is normal? My first car with digital climate control. think it just started making the noise too. I rarely use the heat tho.

My fan makes a faint high pitched sound on speed 3. Some others have comments here that replacing the motor fixed it, but I can live with it. Can't notice it with typical music on.

Normal noisy fans for 2014 and 2015, They claim they changed to quieter fans in 2016 and above.
