Yakima has roof racks for 3IS on their website, but they have to be pieced together. Thule does not list any on their website for 3IS.
The parts for the Yakima rack are:
1 set of 4 Q-towers
1 set of 4 Q99 clips
2 48" cross bars
I will be ordering mine from REI, but I am sure there are a number of places that you could get them from.

Vortex RS 2500 Roof Rack System
Looks sleek without the bike carriars. But with it.... well... i had to go with these so i dont have to take the wheel off the bikes everytime.
