Good deal on a lease?

We would need all the details like msrp, selling price, residual, and money factor but if you're saying absolutely zero drive off and 420 per month, that equates to around 34 cents per mile for an IS350 which, in my opinion, is pretty good.

I don't know my MF... how do I find out? I liked the deal and the car so went for it. I think I did ok. Was looking at some other leases with different manufacturers and this one was hands down the best deal.
It came out to $447 monthly payment including tax. I was trying to get them to $420 but they wouldn't budge any further. MSRP was almost $47k and I paid $41.9k. They covered all fees and first payment which totaled $2,143. They already had the windows tinted and installed the LED puddle lamps... Residual is almost $29k. Leased for 3 years 45k miles. $0 out of pocket. This car was in the show room - I personally love the color combo. Deep Sea Mica/Flaxen.
I'm happy with it...
