Default TRD Front Lip Installation

Has anyone ever install the TRD lip for the 3is? If so, did you have to bolt through your bumper or was it strictly through the bumper/fender clips?

Looks very nice and very clean! Love it. wonder if that would work on a non-f-sport 350. =)

That looks really nice. Would it protect the stock bumper from scrapes and not get pulled off?

Well I dont think it's a easy installation. At least according to the installation manual, doesn't seem like a easy installation to me (not sure about replicas).

It looks likes TRD knockoffs and instructions ppeople are installing except for the last set of pictures. The real trd has different mounting points and has weather stripping moulding built in.

Depending on the angle of what you scrape on, it would protect it a little bit, but as you can see majority of the bumper is exposed. As for the getting pulled off part.. It's just 3 bolts and 3M tape on mine. I wouldn't be surprised if it did get pulled off honestly.

you will have 3 self tapping screws per side. Only using 3m tape, I would not...
