Default Shift **** is Loose

Hey, I'm not sure if there already threads about this but the shift **** for my IS seems to be really loose...or at least it can be spun with a bit of pressure.

It feels like I can/could uninstall it by just spinning it around. Does anyone think this is normal or possibly an issue?

Maybe it's just loose. I read something about this as an "issue" from an autoblog a few days ago and tried it myself

Thoughts?

Mine is the same, it doesn't move unless you apply a little strength.

Guys, I made a thread about this a while back. Where the leather attaches to the shift ****, pull down with a little force. The leather boot will snap off. Then spin the shift know to the tightness you want and snap the leather boot back up with gentle force. Extremely easy....takes 5 secs
