Default 3rd gen IS 250 Door striker issues anyone?

Just wondering if anyone out there had to get their doors re aligned or striker adjusters due to high tension in the door handles? If yes, are the doors perfectly straight?

I decided to take my new Lexus IS 250 AWD back to the dealer to see if some lubricant would help the door handle from being so stiff.

I've never seen this issue before, but anyway it was still covered under warranty and bringing it to the dealer seemed the right thing to do.

Was I wrong! The dealer re-aligned the strikers on both front doors. When I got my car back, the doors character lines were uneven and there were scratches on each side of the door jamb where they worked on the strikers.

I look after my car, and thought the dealer would also be careful while my car was in their care for service.

In addition, they would not look further into why my wiper is chattering.

Am I wrong to be frustrated and upset about this?

I don't have this problem but curious about which dealership you went to?

I went to a large volume dealer in the GTA, where I thought they would be really careful with my car. The character lines look worse than before. What would you do?
