Default Paddle shifter extensions

Does anybody know of any paddle shifter extensions out there that are available for our cars? There are a ton of options available for the BMW and Mercedes platform that run between $50 and $100 but I had no luck when I tried searching the web for ANY options for our Lexus platform.

If we had enough interest, I wonder if we could get a company to manufacture some nice aluminum ones! Any interest?

Those look pretty awesome!
I'm in if anyone ever made a set. Though, I wonder if they'd make reaching for them any easier or if there's any practical purpose to them? Or are they just for aesthetics?

Count me in.

Like with the RC which you probably did, you might want to post in the NX forum to get more folks since the F Sport steering wheel is the same in overall design, shape, and paddle shifters. In fact, I'd get one for the NX too.

Thanks for posting but unfortunately not the same, unless it's modded of course.

even though the paddles on the 3IS are more looks as opposed to VW(DGS) Audi(S-Tronic), if the 3IS was dual-clutch I wouldn't mind shedding a little more for custom paddles!

imagine how fun we would have if our cars were dual-clutch!! oii wee!!!

I saw these but like stated above I don't believe they fit our application. They're not the nicest looking/quality pieces, but they would do the job.

I WISH the trans was DCT but I am still pretty content with the shift response. I drive everywhere using the paddles in manual Sport+ mode with the TCS off because I like feeling in complete control...but that's just me.

YESSS. Just a simple design in aluminum would be nice! Are you making the type that will simply attach to the existing paddle or will it actually replace the stock unit entirely?

I'm open on design and material (aluminum, plastic, cf wrap, etc).

Only requirement for me is it extends upwards so I can reach it in the 10-2 position. It might need to have an opening as well to not block the wiper/light stalks.

Something like:

I'm aiming for something to replace the entire unit because if we attach it over the existing one its going to be too fat , but who knows! Maybe we'll try both.

I'm not sure what kind of material or machinery you can get your hands on but I'm sure if you were somehow able to make a "clip on" type unit, more people might be interested? Something like this..

I'm in for whatever though! haha

Im in for whatever looks good, but if they were clip on's one that would be nice or stuck on some really good 3M tape.

Agree on the clip-on being a better value proposition for ease of installation (and likely cheaper cost). I would focus development on this first.
