Hey guys! Should I purchase this 2014 IS250 F SPORT? Pls help!
Hey guys! I just sold my infiniti G37s coupe and i'm about to pull the trigger on this 2014 Lexus IS250 F SPORT! I love the color combo (white with red interior) and I was wondering what you guys think about the price? has 6k miles. clean carfax. Theyre asking 33.8k plus taxes and tag. What do you guys think? Thanks!

Just curious but have you checked it out in person? There was an 2014 IS 250 F Sport AWD and a 2014 IS 350 AWD near my house here in Colorado. For being about a year old they were so beat up in person. The interior was in bad shape and the body had tons of scratches. The cars looked so good from the online photos as well. I ended up passing and went to buy a brand new 2015 IS 250 F Sport the next day.
If all looks good in person, the price that you see $33.8k and the low mileage is great.

I know, I was pushing 350hp with my G I am going to miss the power, however I am going more for the luxury/look with this, rather than raw power. And I live in Tampa, Fl. Always traffic here. Never even had the chance to hit it lol.. I would shoot for a 350,however its just a little out of my price range. Thanks for the advice guys!

Nope, none at all. My previous cars were:
2003 Honda Accord EX-V6 - FWD
2012 Kia Optima SX - FWD (Heavily modded)
2015 Mazda CX-5 GT - AWD
2015 Lexus IS250 F Sport - AWD
I went from cars with more power to an SUV then car with less power. The IS 350 wasn't needed in my situation. I love everything about my IS 250. Also I already did some small mods such as swapping the interior lights, and applying clear bra on the front bumper / headlights / DRLs. The car is super smooth and build quality is pretty great IMO.

Take a good long look around it in person then go from there. That's not a bad price at all, but I'm also guessing it's not a CPO based on it looking like it's at a used car dealer. If you don't mind driving, take a look at some in Miami. My girlfriend and I decided the drive would be worth it to get one from down there since Lexus of Tampa Bay and Lexus of Clearwater have no competition and keep their prices quite high. Most importantly, good luck!

You have to find out the invoice of it first. then you know how much you should neogotiate
You get 2015 IS 250 F Sport + Blind Spot + Backup Camera in August or December as
OTD price of 39000 = selling price of 35400 + 9.25 % TTL. Basically good OTD price should be 1000 minus/plus of invoice price.

Im in Tampa too and was in similar situation as you - going from an Infiniti G to a 250 f-sport.
I too, was wanting to go with more luxury than power, but am now kind of regretting it. After driving the G for so long, the 250 was such a huge difference in power. I still kept my G for that reason becuase i knew how much the 250 under performed. Just make sure youre really okay with that much less power. I couldn't afford the 350 F sport either.
As far as the price, 33k is not terrible but you can definitely ask lower. I'm surprised the asking price started that low. Mine was asking 35500 and i negotiated down to 33k (+TTT).
