Hello,

Can anyone post the residual values for a 36 month lease with 7,500 miles per year on an IS350 F-Sport AWD???

I looked online, but I only saw the residual values for a 36/10K lease. Also, has anyone leased a Lexus for more than 36 months? Curious to see how payments are affected for longer leases.

Not sure if this is relevant to you, but I got 75% of MSRP for residual of a 24 mo / 10K lease for a 350 F-sport RWD.
When comparing 24 to 36 months lease, monthly payment increases when lease is longer.

I have an 2014 IS 350 F with the 36/10K miles. Residual is 65% and price $31,642. I can't imagine the 7500 mile lease would change more than 1% which puts the residual price $32,128 if its 2% it would be $32,615, hope this helps
Forgot to mention a 4 year lease will cost you more per month probably $30 to $40 a month more. Residual price will be less also.

I see. In my case, the negative equity from my current ride is what makes payment lower if I lease for 48 months.
