Would 19x8.5 +33 and 19x9.5 +35 fit on my 2014 Lexus IS350 RWD F Sport lowered on super downs? Those are specs for the Niche Misano wheels or I also like the Vossen HF-3 wheels but those come in 19x8.5 +32 and 19x9.5 +40. Would any of those fit without any rubbing or fitment issues? Thank you for your help!

@JPbon Front will be fine...might have an issue in the rear. What size tires do you plan to use and is the vehicle stock height?

That's a lot of tire for that size rim on a 3IS.
Typically for the 3IS with those rims specs you would use Front 235/35/19 and Rear 260/30/19.
The tire you have now are going to be way taller.
At stock height you might be ok, but lowering the car is definitely not an option with those rims.
Worse case if you get a great deal on them, see how it fits and looks.
It might look a little odd cause the sidewalls will be very big.

usually you need Hi Disk in front to clear IS350 brakes. Rears you can get Super Lo to maximize lip unless you have a BBK
