Default Anyone use their wheel replacement plan yet?

I bought the 5 yr, "unlimited", wheel and tire replacement package ($900+) when I bought my '14. Stupidly I curbed a wheel pretty badly today so I'm going to see how this works.
Has anybody done this yet? Will they just pay for the lowest cost "fix"? Amazingly the brochure I was presented with says essentially nothing.

someone on here had that happen, and the dealer painted it and it was no where near the same color as the rest of the wheels, if I remember correctly.... I would just go for wheel replacement....

I called the company today (answered the phone as "Continuous Customer Care" but as the call ended, she signed off with "thank you for calling Lexus Financial..") and the woman that helped me had to look over my contract to check the coverages. With mine, cosmetic damage is covered (I guess there are coverages that only structural damage that ruins the wheel is covered?) and she gave me the steps to do this. She recommended going to the Lexus dealer, but you can go anywhere. She mentioned that they work directly with the dealer so no money from me is involved, but (as you would expect) if I use an indy, that shop may ask me to pay for the repair and the check is sent directly to me from the insurance. Like most of these, the damage repair or replacement has to be pre-approved.
I asked, and she confirmed, that the wheel has to be structurally damaged to qualify for replacement.
Like NVMarkus mentions, I am worried about the "liquid graphite" paint color on the wheel...
