Has anyone used Plastic dip Smoked w/Glossifier to tint their taillights? Curious to know.

Your build is nice.

Appreciate the feedback guys... I had a plan for the car with the silver/black thing to look aggressive and I started off with the wrong mod (tail lights) to black out first and it did look very awkward to me. Now that my build is somewhat more along the lines of what that theme or vision represented... I think it matches a little better:

I'm really digging the Blacked out Taillight look. Were your's painted or tinted?

I've seen both Tinted Taillights and Painted Taillights, is there any reason to prefer one over the other?

Tinted allows you to take it off whenever you want (either if you grow out of it or fix it ticket) but the edges aren't as clean when you install it (due to the awkward bumps on the tail lights).

Painted allows for a better look (in terms of getting the bumps and edges) but is harder to take off (and certainly not instantly)

My tail lights were smoked out when I bought my car. Who ever did it, put it on way too heavy and it has cracked. Not the lens, but the tint. How do you get it off?
