Try sewellparts.com. Diagrams should point you to part number but how are you planning to add rearview cam without factory harness? You know it's not just plug and play right?

Is it possible to install a rear-view camera afterwards?
In retrospect, install the navigator installation of Finland to pay € 1000 Lexus maintenance.

I tried, unfortunately it doesn't...
It's not plug and play but not difficult at all.
I need the right parts to perform the surgery

Yes it's possible, non-genuine part costs less than US$20.
But I want a genuine one.

This looks like what you're searching? ebay has lots of salvage parts, probably much cheaper.

Very intresting thread!
I'd like to do the same upgrade to my no nav IS. Is it possible?
Not just to find the part, but even for the connection to the system and to enable the camera when I put on reverse... Do I need a software upgrade?

For the rearview camera, there's no need to enable anything? It's just plug'n'play?
How the video signal arrives to the main consolle?

I know the thread is a few weeks old now, but to answer the OP, according to the catalog there are 4 different camera part numbers, which would depend on the VIN.

I installed this one:
http://www.lightinthebox.com/new-arr..._p1017767.html

Connect it to the connector in the trunk:
pin 1: +6v
pin 2: +video
pin 3: -video
pin 4: -6v
pin 5: not connected

Great! The connector is already in the trunk in any IS, even with no nav? And does it need only to connect the camera without any other setup? Is it really plug'n'play?
