Default Possible Lemon?

My 14 IS350 Fsport keeps draining. Fifth time I had this problem, they kept the car a few days and thought it was the Navi Draining it so they changed that out. :Put a new battery in less than a month ago. And this morning once again it was completely drained, last time the alarm kept going off and the lights were flashing like strobe lights. Any ideas of what it could be, I know its been covered, but on this car they tried everything? how many more times does it need to happen before I have it looked at by a Lexus Rep to talk about it being a lemon or maybe if they will let us get a new one?

Here's everything you need to know about Lemon laws in California:

http://oag.ca.gov/consumers/general/lemon

I suggest you go over this before seeing a Lexus rep, so you can tell then exactly where you stand.

When you want to lemon a car, you go talk to a lawyer first. Indeed you will need to find a lawyer you alone cannot win a battle against the business.

going to let it happen maybe two more times before I see a lawyer. this time I made them tow the car in when it was dead. They always insists on jump starting it before towing it in, this time I refused to let them. Embarrassing when you spend almost 45k on a car and every few weeks it wont start.. I love lexus but this is unacceptable

If I were you, I would go through the criterion what what the government in your state classifies a vehicle as a "lemon" and then go to the dealership with all the criterion that meets the States standard and see what the dealer does. I would talk to the GM of that dealership, and if they decline to do anything, I would tell them that your next step would be to contact a lawyer. I don't see any point ins sating your time and money consulting a lawyer until you took a stab at it yourself. You never know, the GM may see that you are prepared and have done your research, and replace your vehicle without much hassle, saving yourself some lawyer fees.

Dealer is contacting headquarters to send someone down to look at the car.. Prolly going to strip it down to see what is draining the battery.. Let's hope it doesn't start again while it's there.. Cause they jump started it and it's been fine since

Well if he is to have it lemon and get another car, it sure wouldn't be the IS again I heard the GS has this issue as well. There is a thread related to this problem and myself had once needed to jump start my 3rd gen IS350 for leaving it sit for 2 nights.

What really upsets me is how Lexus is ignoring this issue and the service guy tells me he has never seen such a problem before. Based on what I'm reading from Club Lexus forums I doubt this issue is unknown to the dealers.
