Service Bulletin L-SB-0002-15 for anybody that needs ammunition in getting dealership to take care of this.

I had this problem with my drivers side headlight on my 2014 IS350. Lexus service said it still works so it's not broken but they would replace. I said yeah it works but there is a workmanship defect and that is not how it looked when I bought it.

They replaced it with no argument. Believe it or not they do need to take off the whole front bumper to do it. Wasn't crazy about that but it it turned out ok.
