Squealing/chirping noise when crusing

Squealing/chirping noise when crusing
I searched high and low on the CL forums to see if there were any threads on this with no such luck.
I just leased a 2014 IS350 F Sport 3 weeks ago and today on my way to work, I noticed a squealing/chirping noise as I began to apply the throttle. As I increase speed, the squeal/chirp rate gets faster and as I slow down it gets slower. It's definitely coming from the wheel areas but hard to tell if it's just one wheel or all of them. Everything was fine yesterday.
Any ideas what is causing this?
