Alignment must be done at dealer?
Hi, I we to an alignment shop and they said they couldn't do my car because it was too new. Does this mean I need to get it done at a dealer? My car is a 250 non sport

If I recall correctly, there was a thread a while ago about this. Shops were saying they couldn't do it because they didn't yet have access to the specs for the new IS, and therefore didn't know what settings to use. I would have thought that would have been resolved by now, but apparently not.
But as 4TehNguyen said, if it's only $99 at a dealer, I'd probably just go that route.

Op, if your in South Florida call 5 star alignment. They have the latest digital alignment equipment and actually know what they are doing. They calibrate they're equipment frequently and do a great job. They charge $69. All they do at 5 star is frame straightening and alignments. There are always high end cars and and race car or two waiting to get an alignment when ever I go there. You also need to make an apointment. Adam is the name of the guy there that does all my alignments
It's worth calling them to see if they have the alignment specs for the 2014 IS's and can do your car..
