Talking Thule Aero Blade Roof Rack: Ultra White/Rioja FSport

Sorry for the Dusty Dirty Wheels and Dusty Roof Rack.. She still sexy though.

Mounted my Thule Aero Blade Roof Rack System.
Three Bike Mount Rails. I fitted onto the car with the previous 2iS fitkit and customized it to clamp onto the door sills. Before anyone asks it was $1,150.00 for the full system.

Looks good and all, but are you serious, over a grand for a friggen roof rack?! That's robbery.

It's his total.

The load bars and mount kit are probably a lil below $400-$500. He also has 3 racks and they aren't cheap.

Not cheap.. But I put it to good actual use since I compete professionally in MTB.
Thule makes one hell of a high quality product from Sweden. $40k+ Plus Luxury Sport Sedan.. Im not complaining about spending over a grand for a rack system.

Every single piece which is everything listed adds up to my total price listed including tax.
Thule definitely makes you pay the price for every single piece that makes up the roof rack system.

Thank you!

As I stated in Original Post.. I used the fit kit for the 2nd Gen iS.. the rear clips are spot on the two fronts needed slight bend and I got it to mount on perfectly.

Your thread inspired me to try this myself. I ran over to my local REI to check it out. They had an Aeroblade display and I started pulling all the parts off the shelf. They had everything except the 1426 fit kit, which was disappointing. I hit up Amazon and have a kit coming overnight to my work. Hopefully will be able to do the install tomorrow.

I did have a question, what wind deflector is that? It seems that they don't make the deflectors for the Aeroblades because they "dont need them". What did you do to make it fit?
