Would love to know what an IS350 F-sport costs the dealer. Working for Asbury Auto Gropu, I get an employee's discount and should just pay $100 above cost, but how would I know it's a good price without knowing the cost.

Bingo Bearcat! That's exactly what happens - that's why it's called dealer cash, manufacturer to dealer incentives, rebates, etc. These things are not dealer initiated - they come from the folks that make the car - usually when they are attempting to reduce inventory of slow moving product or trying to outdo a competitor. But I get the feeling that you have a much different theory and our discussing this isn't helping the OP so I'm gonna let you go.

Take care,

I would be surprised if you are able to find out their exact cost - there is too much info that even dealer employees are not privy to. I can tell you though that based on what is posted in this forum and some others, people have been buying and leasing these vehicles here in SoCal for about 12-15% off msrp. One deal I saw was $460 a month incl tax, zero due at signing for a 350 nav/ML. I'm not sure what the market is in GA - you need to research and try to determine that.
You will get your best results by working exclusively with the Internet Depts of as many dealers as you can - this will promote competition.

Good luck and let us know how it goes.

Sorry Bearcat, but the statements I made in my last post to you are based on documented fact - not theory on my part.

Also, I agree. There are lot of people reporting below invoice, so I really think Lexus has inflated invoice pricing (unlike BMW for example).

I messed up the MF it's .00085. Each MSD is .00007. Nine MSDs would be .00063.

Documented fact since you own a dealership and giving us the secrets? Cool.

It's cool. Are you sure about the MSDs though. I was fairly certain that it was .00008 per. Was it lowered recently?

It's been .00007 for as long as I have been tracking it which is almost a year. It could be regional or something the dealers can adjust up or down.

Oh shoot - if I had that kinda money, we'd probably have more than one Lexus.

Have a good one Bearcat - take care.
