3IS - Where do you place your phone?

drives cars
The door handle works great for mid-size phones. There's also the door pocket, but it could slide around.
Personally I leave mine in my pocket unless I need to plug it in, in which case it goes in the console.

I have a magnetic mount arm thing that is firm but still adjustable. I have a right angle iphone lightning cable too because of how the phone is positioned.

Same setup i used too prior. I just wanted a cd slot mount as I rarely touch the buttons on the dash.

I'm making use of some dead space between the seat heater buttons
Keeps the charging cord completely out of the way
Firmly holds any angle
Doesnt interfere with the shifter in any position.
It's held magnetically. A thin metal plate adheres to the back of your phones case. Ive got 2 so its centered in either orientation and high enough when upright for the charging cable. It holds really securely. So much so that you really should slide it off, rather than pull it strait off, because it would probably pull that switch panel off eventually if you kept doing it.
