How do I get more horsepower out of my 350 engine? I already have an intake, and I am thinking about an exhaust. What is out right now to make more power. And when will an ecu upgrade be available?

If you want more hp out of Toyota's 3.5, you're going to be disappointed--there's no easy fix. Long tube headers might be good for 15 hp or so, but they're expensive. I'm not sure of the value of an intake or exhaust without a corresponding tune, and even then there's debate about bang-for-buck. Forget about an ECU upgrade from an aftermarket tuner for Toyota. Options tend to be more limited for normally aspirated engines in any case.
Swap the motor out or upgrade to the 2015 RC V8 haha, sorry to disappoint.. I don't think there are too many options left.
The compression is so high in our vehicles (IS250 being 12.0:1 and the IS350 at 11.8:1), any type of forced induction (i.e.a supercharger or turbo) could seriously be detrimental to your pistons and could cause your engine to go BOOM :P
This is especially true without any sort of ECU tune. I guess we can only hope for a more powerful V6 engine to be introduced on the IS line whenever Lexus gives it their blessing.
can only really do the basic intake headers, exhaust bolt ons.
the gains on these are minimal and mostly on the top end of the RPM range. In some cases, you will actually loss power (in the usable/daily driving range). Most of these are nothing but noise makers and good for butt dyno power.
If you want me power, get an IS-F.
