Parking Brake

Does anyone use their parking brake when you park on a level street?
I am in my 3rd week and I love my IS 250. I finally got my cheap flip phone paired up and my garage door controller paired up. I am happy now that I can take advantage of all the fun tech toys of the car. :)

Shame Lexus didn't go with an electronic parking brake! I bet more people would use it.

I hate electronic parking brakes, unnecessary automation in my opinion.

Only used it a couple times at the beginning to prevent a possible brake cable rattle notorious in the 2IS, but otherwise I don't.

i've used it every time I've parked the car since I started driving 15 years ago. =)

I always forget to use it, since it is a push pedal type. Been so long since I have been in a car with that type. I always do with a hand brake however. So much for ripping up the hand brake and sliding around a corner! Lol
