But once you can squeeze a thin-enough pocket screwdriver or knife between the clip and the mounting point, you can work them around and they will come off easy. i got mine off pretty easy with a pocket screwdriver to get the wedge started but yea you can just break the clips off as long as you have new ones to install.

Hey i know it’s old topic - but these emblems look sick! Anyone has idea if they fit 2021/2022 IS as well? I want to replace OEM Emblems with Black pearl ones but i can’t find replacements for 2022 model anywhere or even measurements if they are same like pre-lift 3is models. I know rear emblems is different (‚glass’ one instead of letter L in the oval) but is the size the same? And would it cover clip’s holes?
