There is another thread on this. I doubt it's possible until Lexus add them in their MY2015 or mid-model changes. I'm quite frustrated with Lexus marketing skimming on such a basic feature. I'm having a hard time convincing my wife of the IS. She walked out the of the dealership the minute she realized the F Sports package do not have memory seats. Her 5 years old Acura RDX have this basic feature that we use everyday!

Lexus should come out and say "we made a mistake; we're sorry" and offer a retrofit through its dealers at a reasonable, subsidized / zero profit price.

Near luxury for the Lexus IS 350? Not near enough. We went from a '13 Accord EX-L V6 Touring, which, for $31K had: memory driver's seat, leather, nav, lane departure warning, forward collision warning, three-view rear camera, right side blindspot camera, cabin noise-canceling, comfortable 8-way adjustable heated front seats, radar cruise, moonroof, an audio system comparable to the non-ML audio in our cars, and more. I sacrificed luxury and safety features to buy my Lexus, and the lack of a memory seat on a $45K car, almost killed the deal, as my wife and I both drive the Lexus.

Granted, it's somewhat unfair to compare a rwd sports sedan with a FWD mid-size family hauler, but why is it that you can equip a Fusion Titanium, Mazda 6, Accord, and Altima with standard equipment you would pay $15-$20K more to get for on a "near luxury" car? If you forget about which wheels drive the car, I would think the family haulers are nearer to luxury than our cars. In fact, you can option-up a 328i for close to $50K and still not get a rearview camera or shift paddles.

Forgive the rant. I love my F Sport, but a car this expensive deserves a memory function on the driver's seat. I'm confident that Toyota will address this problem eventually, but as far as current owners are concerned, I think there's zero chance of a retrofit.
