Default December to Remember deals?

Hey guys, I am interested in leasing the IS350 Fsport model. Can anyone shed some info regarding the deals you guys received, the money down, residuals, MF, etc? I am kinda new to this but I hope you guys can share what deals you guys got so I can get a feel of what to expect when I negotiate with the dealer.

I was under the impression that the DTR sale was for the IS250 but I might be wrong

Yeah, I just checked over the weekend. There are no DTR incentives on the 350, except $750 back if you purchasse and finance through Lexus fianacial. However, its my understanding that DTR offerings can vary among regions. The information I was given was for the New York Tristate at least and perhaps for the Northeast region at most.

So is this Xmas incentive for IS350 not that great then? The dealer basically told me Lexus will pay my first month's payment up to $700 or something.

I'm currently looking to lease once my G37 lease is up, but that isn't until early Feb. If this month's incentive isn't that great, I might as well wait.

You should wait. I can't believe the 2015 3IS is rolling out in 6 months most likely!

My dealer confirmed $750 rebate for LFS financed IS350. You can pay it off/refinance 30 days after if you want to.

I was told $10,000 loan held for six months was the minimum condition for capturing the $750 LSF rebate.

They didn't state that but considering I usually ask about these before they tell me I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case. I'll check again and thanks for the info. I tried to put some money on my credit card to get cash back and they told me max that I could put on CC was $500.

Isn't that funny (not really) how they do that? I pulled out my AMEX when I bought my GS and told them to put the entire financed amount on it. They almost went into cardiac arrest. Then I got the story about them not being able to do that. I then told them that is not what AMEX said. I had already called. Ended up just financing. I wanted those points!

So I got confirmation from my sales guy that I would get the $750 rebate at the time of delivery and I only have to stay with LFS for 30 days. This is the second time he said this so I'm guessing this is correct.

I'll be putting $500 on CC and already had $2000 on CC to reserve my order. I was wanting to do little more but what can you do...

So as long as I put a deposit before the December to Remember ends (1/2/14) I would get the $750 rebate?
