Does anyone know if their is gonna be an update for Siri free ?? I know honda and a lot of gm cars are doing it to the 14 models !! I don't see y not !

Lexus announced Siri would be available with all 2014 Lexus cars except IS line. Bummer!! I guess 2015 MY would get it. I actually would not find it that useful since I have iPhone 5S with fingerprint scanner enable, it would limit the use of Siri to certain limitation.

 

I really don't care for it anyways , I never use Siri anyways ! It just sounded like a cool thing to have :-( it is dumb however that the whole line up is having it done except the IS MODEL !! Jerks !!

 

I use it on my 2IS and McLaren. Works as advertised. The whole Siri "Eyes Free" is a just remote home button.

 

Having Siri Eyes Free would be good for iPhone users because it will allow us to response to texts, good work around since iPhones cannot do that normally. I would really want Eyes Free, and pretty willing to trade up just to get that function, as I find the ability to not hands free respond to texts a daily issue. Though this isn't Lexus' fault, kinda, if it's a matter of just a firmware upgrade and they're not willing to do it, then yeah Lexus blows.
