Any word on whether or not this new center console is coming to '15 IS'? Any other interior differences between our IS' and the RC? And any video (not the one above) showing how the new interface works? Thanks.
Yes, the '15 IS' will have the new touchpad.
Also, the radio's volume will be lowered during navigation guidance and the volume for each source will stay at the same level when toggling.
In addition to the above, all headrests will have 12 settings along with the car not dinging when shutting down with the door open.
The first 200 '15 IS' produced will have a dedicated call button to Lexus corporate/engineering.

if you want bigger screens you wont get it putting in the center dash. Try to fit the GS's 12" screen in the center, good luck. Putting the screen in the center dash also puts a huge design constraint on the layout of the buttons and controls since it eats so much real estate. Lexus isnt the only company doing this.
