You can check the part numbers for the led fog lights on the following Japan site.
The led fog lights are standard here in France for F Sport 3IS.

This website states they send parts overseas so you can ask them for the shipping and handling fees to the USA.
But these parts are very expensive, more than 1000 USD for 2 pieces.
The prices here in France will be the same and there is no online store.
Maybe it will be available from the Lexus Ebay Store later (the store was created recently and is empty at the moment) ?
