Can anyone recommend a good shop in SoCal?

Need this done professionally, with a good brand, and a very good price lol

Awesome! How much did he charge you?

Do I take any steps before bringing it in?

Do they Age well? I assume there will be discoloration due to the sun.

And last, do they have to be taken off professionally?
I have a 2005 VW Touareg that had a 3M clear bra put on when it was new. The car is off-white in color and there'sa slight yellowing to the bra but I hardly notice it.

The IS replaced a 2005 Mini Cooper (Red), the bra was also installed when the car was new, 8 years later it looked perfect.

So, yes they last a long time. And the only color you'll see any yellowing on is white. Replacing the bra in five or seven years is a lot cheaper than repainting the front of the car.

There are two types of 3M clear bras. Scotch guard and Venture shield. My installer told me that the Scotch guard one looks more yellow and orange peely than the Venture shield. If your going to get a 3m one get the venture shield. Mine gets installed tomorrow Ill post pics when its done.
