I noticed you have IS250 F Sport AWD. Did that come with same staggered wheels as F Sport RWD?

Yes, the wheels are staggered. I don't know if they're the same as RWD, but I assume they are.

Are you planning to use the same tires and rims in winter? I assume you get a lot of snow in CO.

I work from home, so I can choose whether or not to drive in snow. But in my '09 AWD, I commuted in the snow quite a bit with no trouble using the all season tires. I'm near Denver, so snow clears quickly. It's rare for us to have snow on the ground for more than a day or two.

If you don't like the F-sport grille just swap with someone has non F-sport grille. I'm sure plenty of people hear want to swap with your F-sport grille.

It's not easy to swap the grill. I think the fenders and hood would also have to change.

LOL!!!!! I think you can swap with the whole front bumper not just the grille.

Its not that simple. You'd have to swap out the whole front clip.
