The brake dust is a PITA but it's worth it. They've saved me twice. Once when an old man swerved into my lane and when a there was a deer on the freeway driving 75.

i changed to a new set of low dust pads I had leftover from the 2IS while I was painting my calipers. Dont feel any difference in braking driving around on the street. Keeping the F Sport high dust ones in case I go to the track.

You may not need to change the rear. Fronts are the ones producing dust.

You just have to find a lower dust pad. There is always a compromise. You can get low dust and high performance, but with brake squeal. You can get high performance and no brake squeal, but dust. You can get low dust and low squeal, but reduced performance, etc.... I bought aftermarket pads for my TL's front brembos because of excessive brake dust and the aftermarket ones performed just as good as the stock pad, had little to no brake dust, but squealed for the first 20K miles... If my IS Fsports pad create a lot of dust they will be replaced pretty quickly.

350 front caliper is exactly the same as 2IS. Rear 3IS brakes are different than 2IS

To my knowledge and actual observation on non F Sport IS350, I find brake dust seems to be less when compared to my previous 06' IS350. It is more prominent on the front pads as the rear ones for both 2IS and 3IS are of the low dust type.

I had those brake pads on my other car before (S60R Brembo).
They perform much like OEM pads.
Bite is good (Not excellent, but good) and not much dust.

after i swapped back to low dust OEM pads from the F Sport pads. I could tell the low dust ones have a mushier feel and noticeably less bite

Thanks for the info! My wheels are aftermarket and polished and after a wash within a day my wheels are black with these f sport brake pads. Trying to figure out whats the best solution because it looks really bad.
