Basically, is the car quieter, same, or noisier than the 2IS at both low and high speeds considering wind, tire, and engine noise. Also, does the engine feel any smoother or same as 2IS?

I did notice one interesting thing I like to drive with the drivers window down and the sunroof open. In my previous versions of the IS this was almost impossible to do because of the amount of wind that would come into the car. I noticed when I do this on the new car I don't get that wind motion in my face like I used to it all. The dealer said that they redesigned this by adding these littte wind deflector's on the outside of the car near the Sideview mirrors. If you want to see a picture of them I can take it for you this is something that was definitely added to the outside of the car as my previous IS 2012 did not have this. So I definitely notice the decrease in the amount of wind when you drive with the sunroof open and the drivers window down

With the windows rolled up the car is the same quiet ride it's always been. Soundproofing is as good as always been and it's so quiet sometimes you can hardly hear the engine going
