I replaced the IS250 front brakes with the 350 front.
Backing plate, rotors, calipers, and pads.
Installed some stainless steel braided lines at the same time.
The brake master cylinder is the same for both models, so that did not need to be changed.
Currently the rear brakes are still the original 250 ones.

do you know if 2018 is300 awd uses the same brakes as 2018 is350?

Yes it would be the same brakes model to model between the 300 and 350.
The AWD front has a different backing plate and rotor versus the RWD front, but the caliper and pads are the same.
300 AWD Front = 350 AWD Front
300 RWD Front = 350 RWD Front

New to Hybrid vehicle , It's the high upgradable option to buy as standard .

US price for an IS300h is $0. lol

Lexus offers a hybrid in almost every other model, but not IS. We didn't get the 3IS hybrid at all since 2014.
