New ride. First Lexus ever. Super excited! I’ve been in the German car community my whole life and I’m looking forward to seeing how the Lexus community compares.

Angry Best thing is it cost me nothin!

My 11 year old daughter was in the front seat. We both walked away with matching bumps on our heads and a visceral hatred of the dumb f*@# driver who didn't even hit her brakes and veered into the street I had already turned on. She sent us spinning for 150 feet. So the big question, what's next? This was a IS250 and my first IS ever. I LOVED working on the car immensely. Seriously everything about the car (except the 2.5l engine) was perfect to me. So looking at 2016s. Either a 200t or a 350. Opinions.

Glad to hear everyone walked away ok.
Man the car got trashed!

If the budget can support it, I would say to spring for the 350.
Nothing against the turbo, but as they say, there's no replacement for displacement!

glad you both came out ok! i would hop in a 350 over a 200t, the 200t is not the biggest upgrade over the 250 but still both are plausible choices

My 2017 IS200T with Rioja Red interior.

Picked her up about 3 weeks ago. Such a great car, especially coming from an old 2006 Corolla.

Recently bought a foam cannon (which is so fun to use!)
I also had 20% tint installed on the sides and rear, and 50% on the front windshield.

also have wheel spacers installed (20mm rear / 15mm front)

NEXT MOD: Lowering springs (looking to buy used)
