Got quoted the following for 2015 IS250 RWD base w/ camera and FZ2 (Trunk Mat, Cargo net, etc.)

MF: .00175 (Money factor seems pretty high?)
Residual: $28020.00 (73%?)
MSRP: $38159
Selling: $35600
27mo/7500mi
$371.54+tax ~$404
$0 down
0 MSDs (although I plan on maxing to 9)
$908 due at signing/drive-off

This was from Longo Lexus in Socal. Anyone know what the MF for approved highest credit tier is supposed to be? I should qualify for the highest tier as I'm in the high 700s. 4.2% interest seems like its marked up compared to what others are posting. That or they calculating based on a lower credit tier.

I think I also get first monthly payment free...so that drive-off might be lower. E-mail was confusing. Seemed like dealer didn't want to give me all the info without me coming in. :P

I was a tier 1 for my 2014 and I got .001 MF and the tier 1+ is at .00085 MF. You probably quoted that way since they don't know your credit score yet. These numbers stay true unless they have changed it and you could actually request that sheet that has the MF, residuals, invoice, etc.

Thanks. That's what I figured. Although I did ask for them to quote me based on the highest tier credit score. I wonder how bad my credit score has to be to get that high of a MF?

Guess I'll just need to head in. The rest of the deal seems decent and I'm in desperate need of a car after losing my last one in a parking lot flood. lol

Yup. RIP 2008 Honda Accord. Although on the bright side insurance gave me 21K which was pretty surprising for it being 6 years old. I did have super low mileage on it though.

Welcome to the IS family. I went from owning honda's to Lexus and I love them. They are great cars. I am leasing my 6th one now. I am always zipping around through sunset boulevard from Westwood to Beverly Hills or through sepulveda or Beverly glen and the car is such fun to drive

You will enjoy it. I am really sorry what happened to your Honda I have other friends that also had their cars trapped and lost them to. The important part is you were not in it and you were not hurt!!

Hello CL! My gf's 2003 honda accord tranny has failed and instead of fixing it we are most likely just gonna move on. We weren't expecting a car purchase any time soon but if there's any good to look for in this situation is that it's Labor Day weekend and there should be some good deals to be had on MY14 cars.

My question to the community is, what options are must haves and what can you live without? I've had very lil time to research the car and so I am not too familiar with the options and color combos but I have read a bit that most all of you opt for the ML option. I personally like
all the bells and whistles but cannot afford every single option.

My gf says UW exterior is the way to go but she's not too sure about the red interior until
she sees it in person.

Most interested in an is350 F

For anyone in the Bay Area which dealer do you guys recommend? But worse case I can head to LA and visit Longo if I work out a deal.

Thanks CL,

Thanks CL,
I was at longo this past Saturday and they only had a few 2014 left. 2 nebula Grey 350 f sport and 1 red 350 f sport. All the sticker was $48,xxx. I think they had 3 or 4 black 350 non f sports

That was the money factor I received (equivalent of ~ 4% interest) for tier 1 credit on my 2015.

thanks for the heads up tea.

Anyone know why Truecar is quoting best price on a 2014 350 fsport at $50,xxx? Found what i want at a local dealer. How to approach them? I emailed the internet sales person and waiting for reply.

2015 models coming in, you think i can get a 2014 for invoice or below?

UW/RR ML, Nav all the good stuff msrp 48,XXX

For an MSRP of 48xxx. 2014 model. You should definitely get it below invoice. People here are getting deals of 42xxx with that MSRP and it's probably even better now with the Labor Day weekend.

got my is250 yesterday. my dad wanted to test drive it so i let him. told him to be careful because my parents have a really steep driveway. he goes ahead and literally drives straight down and face plants the front bumper into the ground. ugh...

at least its just a 24 month lease. when's that turbo 4 coming again? -_-

trying to tell myself that something like that was going to happen eventually with a car this low and at least i wasn't the one who did it. still filled with hulk-like rage though lol...sigh
