Check the market, I think it's pretty fair priced when you compare to what most competitors are even offering.

Default 2015 IS250 F sport white/red

Had a really hard time finding ultra white with Rioja Red interior here in southern california. I was looking for that combo to match my 2015 alpine white M4 with Shakir orange
Two dealerships had each and they wouldnt budge
A long story short, closed the deal on 2015 IS250 ultra white w/ Rioja red F sport today thats arriving to port on 14th of Nov
MSRP 43888
-F sport
-blind spot
-preferred acc
-Navi
-rear spoiler
-bumper appliqué
Negotiated price $39100 ( could get different color for $38600) so i paid $500 extra
15k/yr for 24months
MF 0.00033 with maximum 9 security deposits
RV 73%
$0 down pmt
With $1000 new college grad incentive
Monthly payment came out to be $348.22 9% tax included.
Couldve gotten it below $340 for obsedian w/red but im happy to match my M4

Is about $2600 to $2800 off MSRP is the best we can get in the NYC area for the IS350-F? Has anyone else had better?

I received a similar figure for NY dealers last year, it's b/s. You should wait a bit longer, until the December to Remember sales event at the end of Nov, which is when I bought my car last year and saved about 4.8k (I could have gotten 5.2k off if I bought in Dec). I found the dealers in NY to be a bit more expensive so I bought my car in NJ. You'll probably need to finance 7.5k (it's a Lexus min) to get the deal done. Good luck.

Thanks theoryguy for the info.

It is BS that the discount is only about 5-6% in our area at the moment. I think I would pull the trigger if it was around 4.5 to 5k off. I'm looking to lease, but still want to negotiate the selling price as much as possible. I want convenience and stay with my local dealer if possible, but the dealers around me have only 9 to 10 IS350s in stock, which may be another reason for them to not negotiate as much.

The problem for me is that I have to lease by early december, and I'm guessing the best deals will be late december. I got a very good offer for the Infiniti Q50, but checking my options with Lexus.

The best price(my calculation) as of now with current trends seems to be about $500/month(tax included) for the IS350-F. If I could get 5k off, the price would be about $420/month? Maybe I should compromise and get the Q50 for $360/month. I'll test drive the IS350-F first and I have a feeling that I'm going to want the IS350-F.

That sounds like a good deal! Congrats on your purchase. Wish I could get that deal here in New England
