Invites went out today for the San Diego event on Oct 5 at Petco Park

 

I received my invite for the Petco Park event in October! Anyone else not receive a confirmation email after registering? I didn't get one and I just want to make sure it went through. Holding off on purchasing until I get that $1k voucher

 

Attended the IS drive event at the IX center in Cleveland. Won the Auto x event!

 

I got my confirmation for the Petco park event next weekend.

Question, can my family hang out in the display area while I test drive ?

 

im thinking how they gonna do at petco park. the parking lot seems small compared to the oher stadiums

 

Appears to be held at the tailgate parking lot. Probably enough room for short course with lot of 90 degrees turns. Signed up so we're looking forward to the event. I hope it will be good as everyone says.....

 

You will be quite surprised at the quality of the event. Lexus put on a first rate production. I attended the Boston event. Lexus even sent me two $1000 coupons to use. One for the RX I had picked up the following day and one for my IS on order.

 

If I get one from someone who attended this who wasn't planning to purchase, can I use it? Would this work like $1000 rebate? Anyone who's not buying interested in sending me theirs?

I read somewhere that it's not transferable, but maybe someone who actually has one can speak on it better. Didn't you already buy the car? I think you have to use it during the purchase.

 

I special ordered IS350 RWD F Sport and put deposit. I have documented discount of $3500 off MSRP but if this works like rebate, I'm assuming I can also apply that. Not sure...

For those who have this I would negotiate the price first than ask them to also apply this discount.

 

I was on the waiting list and got the phone call Monday saying that I got the 07:45 time slot.

 

The coupon can only be transferred to immediate family member residing at the same address. Also, it is used like cash. You negotiate your best deal and then the coupon is applied. It is $1000.00 from Lexus Corporate and does not affect a dealer or their margin. For those of us that have ordered, it is a free 1K upon delivery.

 

That's awesome - an incentive that does not affect the dealer.

Does anyone know if both the IS 250 and IS 350 will be there or if one and the F Sport counterpart ?

Which Audi, BMW and Merc will be there ?
