Default A/c making hissing gurgling noise

I have 2016 lexus is200t fsport

my a/c is still working right now but not as good as before.
I am noticing less cooler air and I can hear a hissing noise sometimes.

when I opened my hood, I saw one of the pipes had like sweating.

is there some kind of Freon leak repair I can just pour down and fix and add Freon

what do you recommend I buy

and how long will it take to add Freon and this leak repair

could it be just a dirty cabin air filter

thank you for your help

Please dont add stop leak or leak fix to your AC system. If you'd like to add anything, add UV dye and see where the leak is coming from. If you do not see it on any of the tubing and pipes going from the condenser to the compressor and evaporator, your evaporator might be leaking freon internally behind the dash. If you’re uncomfortable doing this, bring it to a qualified technician to find the leak for you.

In the past I’d just recharge it and hope the leak was really slow which was luckily the case both times.

I now have a handheld refrigerant leak detector I got about $100 I used troubleshooting my home system which is another route.

Id be wary of sealant though.

R134-A is the only refrigerant approved for your AC system. Technically you can do it yourself with those stupid cans you can buy at AutoZone, but thats such a terrible way to do it. Bring the car to an AC shop or lexus dealer. Their AC machines will recover all of the old refrigerant, then pull a vacuum on your AC system to check for leaks, then if it passes, it will refill the system with the proper amount of oil and refrigerant.
